Ollo4d Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use ollo4d's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years old at the time of registration. ollo4d does not permit anyone under the minimum age to use the platform in any capacity.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or legal permanent resident of Malaysia with permitted access to online betting services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never previously been banned from using the ollo4d platform or any related betting platform.
• Not currently suffering from any mental disorder or condition that may impair your ability to make rational betting decisions.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, Malaysian identity card number, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. ollo4d reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

Your ollo4d account is strictly for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, lend, or in any way allow another person to use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account.

• Use a strong password – at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or close friends.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to ollo4d support immediately.

Ollo4d will never ask for your password, PIN, or OTP via email, SMS, phone, or live chat. If you receive any such request claiming to be from ollo4d, do not comply and report it to our security team immediately.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact ollo4d support via live chat or email at support@ollo4d.ws immediately. ollo4d is not liable for any losses resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Ollo4d accepts deposits via legitimate Malaysian payment methods only. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name – third-party payments are not permitted.

All deposits are typically processed and credited to your ollo4d account within seconds to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of payment for resolution. ollo4d is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals from your ollo4d account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be successfully completed. Required documents include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Any active bonus must meet the full rollover requirement before a balance containing that bonus may be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet verified in the member's name.

Ollo4d aims to process all withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 business hours. However, under certain circumstances such as additional security checks or payment system delays, processing may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawal requests requiring further review may be asked to provide additional documentation.

Ollo4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotion.

General conditions applicable to all ollo4d bonuses:

1. Each promotion has its own rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover ratio typically ranges from 5x to 30x depending on the type of promotion.
2. Bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
3. Each member is entitled to claim each bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
4. Ollo4d reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through unauthorised means, fraud, or abuse of the promotions system.
5. Bets placed using bonus balance may be subject to a maximum stake limit per individual bet.
6. Certain games may not count, or may count at a reduced percentage, towards bonus rollover requirements.

Ollo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of the bonus system – including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or employing betting strategies designed to exploit promotions – will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

All games available on the ollo4d platform – including live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slots, Sports Betting (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton) and e-sports – are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently audited random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live games, by real dealers. ollo4d does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Results announced by the ollo4d system or dealer are final and binding. Disputes regarding game results that have already been processed will not be entertained unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, ollo4d will endeavour to resolve the round based on available system records. If records are incomplete, affected bets will be returned to the member's account.
• Ollo4d reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of being placed using unauthorised information, automation software, or any other unfair means.
• For Sports Betting, ollo4d uses real-time updated odds. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding even if the odds change after confirmation.

The use of the ollo4d platform is prohibited for the following purposes or involving the following behaviour. Any violation will result in immediate action, including account freezing or termination and the freezing of all funds:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's personal information or false details.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account to multiply promotional benefits or for any other purpose.
• Money Laundering: Using the ollo4d platform as a channel to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Use of Bots & Automation Software: Using any scripts, bots, automation software, or other tools to play, bet, or exploit the ollo4d system.
• Game Manipulation: Colluding with other players or with a dealer to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting technical errors, system loopholes, or employing betting strategies specifically designed for bonus hunting or bonus arbitrage.
• Platform Disruption: Performing any action that damages, disrupts, or otherwise interferes with the normal operation of the ollo4d platform.
• Third-Party Transactions: Receiving or making payments using a payment method not registered in the member's own name.

Ollo4d takes the privacy of our members seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed entirely by the ollo4d Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and can be accessed at Privacy Policy page us.

In summary, ollo4d:

• Collecting personal data necessary for platform operations, including identity verification, payment processing, and legal compliance.
• Will not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and ollo4d's servers.
• Your data may be shared with the relevant authorities if required under Malaysian law.

By registering with ollo4d, you agree to receive account-related communications, promotions and platform updates via email and SMS. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

The ollo4d platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, unless otherwise stated in writing. By using ollo4d, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ollo4d is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your betting activity on this platform. Betting carries the risk of loss and you wager entirely at your own risk.
• Ollo4d is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, hardware failures, natural disasters or government actions.
• Ollo4d's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
• Ollo4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform.

You may close your ollo4d account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you once the account closure process is complete.

Ollo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, ollo4d reserves the right to hold all balances in the relevant account while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation reveal a serious breach, the entire balance including deposits may be forfeited.

Ollo4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

Your continued use of the ollo4d platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be settled through arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia.
